Penalties and rewards
In the Penalties and rewards section, there is a tool to assign and record penalties and rewards (incentives) for staff.
Incentive types and amounts are customisable and assigned to staff with the date of the event and a comment.
When an employee is awarded a bonus, an associated record is made.
When a penalty is assessed to an employee,an associated record is also made.
In the "Settings" block, you can set the required parameters for each type of bonus and penalty.
Using the display filter, you can sort the result by the required parameters.
In version 3.17 in the setting of motivation types by employees there is an option to specify a description for the motivation type, which will be displayed in the list of assigned motivations.
The "Bonus/Fine" feature has been excluded. Everything is determined by the sum of motivation with + \ - sign.
