The system can use the functionality of notification by third-party scripts. For example - when interacting with Jabber or Telegram.
How it works
During sending messages/alerts - the message is recorded in the database. Every minute when "Scheduler" is working, messages are sent to the specified script with the required parameters.
Then already your script performs further sending of messages to your network - to the necessary recipients.
Setting
1. Settings - Main - Internal Modules - Working with Jabber - Yes
2. Settings - Main - Jabber - perform the required configuration and try to send a test message
3. Personnel - Staff - for the required staff members, specify their Jabber address (to send messages)
4. Settings - Main - Tasks - if necessary, enable the options:
"Send JABBER messages to employees assigned to tasks". "Send JABBER messages to executors when a comment is added"
Where it is used
- sending customised messages in the left-hand menu
- sending comments on tasks
- sending assignment/cancellation information from a task
- general information about a task
- notifications about inactivity/recovery of equipment activity
- sending an individual message from an employee's card
- notifications of usm_observer module
- notification about upcoming expiry of deadlines for task execution
