Through a link in the Customer card - any user can be assigned to the status "For Disconnection" and will be included in this section.
The section also contains a record of users who have already been disconnected. Storing this information helps to determine the nature of actions with users if they decide to repay the existing debt. In 30 days after the users are included in the "Disconnected" list, there will be a reminder on the main page of the system that it is recommended to transfer these users to the status of "Former users".
