ATTENTION: This task requires manual configuration up to ERP "UserSide" version 3.19. Starting from version 3.19 it works internally and does not require additional configuration
This scheduler task should be enabled separately in the scheduler before version 3.17. Starting from version 3.17 this task is started automatically.
activEN
For managed switches, radio equipment, and system devices, the ERP "UserSide" takes into account the time of the last activity on the network. If a device has been inactive for more than 15 minutes (default) - then the system considers it to be out of contact. The current scheduler task in this case can send an email to the specified employees with information about the problem.
Before sending an inactivity notification, the task tries to check by SNMP itself whether the equipment is really inactive.
When the equipment becomes active again, a corresponding notification is sent.
For each device this function (notification) is enabled separately in its card.
For each employee it is configured individually to send notifications or not. This is done in the employee card. There you should also specify which email account of the employee should be considered the main one. Notifications will be sent to it.
It is also possible to send notifications by SMS instead of e-mail (see "Alarm on loss of communication with the equipment (SMS)").
At the same time, if the employee has a Jabber address specified - the notification will be sent there as well.
