The observation service allows you to keep up to date with new developments on selected tasks.
In the card of any assignment, there is a link to subscribe to task observation.
A list of all tasks that are being monitored can be found in the "My tasks" section:

Starting from ERP "UserSide" version 3.13, it is possible to assign not only yourself but also other employees as an observer:

Also in task settings, you can assign automatic observers to each task type, which will be added when new tasks of that type are created.
Notifications
1. When a new comment is added to a task - an email will be sent to the observer.
2. All new events on the task will be displayed in the "News" section.
