FAQ. Transferring USERSIDE to a different server

To transfer the ERP "USERSIDE" to another server requires:

1. Perform the preparation work and set up the required programs/environment variables according to initial installation instructions.

2. Back up the database and deploy it to the new server.

3. Copy the entire /userside/ directory to the new server.

4. Make necessary changes in userside3/main/config/config.php configuration file

5. If necessary, configure the web server to the correct directory if this was not done earlier

6. Access to the USERSIDE web interface, check that everything is working and that the information in the database is up to date.

7. If necessary, submit a request to change the IP address for the USERSIDE server in the private cabinet https://my.userside.eu.

8. Set up a daily backup of the database (to another physical machine)
