FAQ. The street/city has been renamed. How to change this in USERSIDE?
ERP "UserSide" has a rather extensive Address system. You can use simultaneous interaction with several billing systems, perform API integration, and add localities, streets, and buildings manually.
This approach is very versatile and helps in the functioning of many implementation methods at once.
The creation of new address objects and their comparison is done solely by their text spelling. That is, for example, the street name must be the same in both the billing and the second billing/API - and it will also appear in the ERP "UserSide" when the data is imported.
However, there is an inconvenience - if an address object is renamed by the authorities (street, town, etc.) - it is necessary to manually change the name of the object in ERP "UserSide".
Algorithm for changing the name of an address object (street/city):
- Stop running the billing module
- Rename the necessary street or city in the billing
- Rename the street or city in ERP "UserSide" to have the same spelling
- Run the billing module
If deleting a house/street etc. in the billing system - then these objects will not be deleted in ERP "UserSide" as the system does not know if this is the only source of address information. Maybe there is some other API or something else and this house/street is still in use.
