FAQ. Objects on map shifted

You can switch map layers between each other (Google Map, OSM, 2gis, etc.) and notice that buildings and other objects on the maps have different locations on different map layers.

Geo-services periodically update their cartographic information in various localities. This leads to the fact that your network already added to the map is partially displaced and begins to be located in other places than it was before.

There is no solution for this, because often the buildings (and most often the problem is with the houses) can be shifted in different directions and at different intervals. There is no coefficient that can be added and the objects will return to the visually the same position. In addition - the map may only update in some places, and in others it may stay the same.

It is recommended to use those geo-services that have more accurate map information in your area and do not perform updates of the information layer.
