Archive
It is possible to send Incoming messages to the archive that have already been answered. This will allow you to "unload" the section and at the same time, store the history of communication with customers. Transfer is performed both when viewing a particular message and when working with the whole list.
Even if a message is in the archive, it is still available in the customer's card when viewing Correspondence with customer.
