About the program
UserSide - is an ERP- enterprise resource planning of profile "telecommunications user". The functionality of the system makes it possible to organise the interoperability of multiple areas within an enterprise. The emphasis is exactly on the complex management of processes / providing information based on all available operational data at once from associated sources (users, infrastructure, personnel, equipment etc.).
The system has been in development since 2007 and we continue to work on improving and refining its functionality. Our customers are telecom users with 50 to 200,000 or more clients and more. We are responsive to our customers, always willing to listen to suggestions and implement them as far as possible. Not a single customer suggestion is missing, it`s fixed in the work plan.
