"Hot keys"
The following keyboard shortcuts make common tasks quicker:
- "Ctrl + LeftClick" on a fiber or equipment port in a facility's patching diagram connects it immediately (without clicking the additional connection icon).
- "Ctrl + Z" in a facility's patching diagram undoes the previous action in that diagram.
- "Ctrl + LeftClick" on the task type name in a task card opens the settings for that task type.
- "Ctrl + LeftClick" on the coverage map:
- on an object of type "Polygon" opens its card (since version 3.19.44).
- "Alt + LeftClick" on the coverage map:
- on a facility icon opens that facility's patching diagram (since version 3.18).
- on a building polygon opens the building plan (since version 3.19).
- on an object of type "Polygon" switches to editing its coordinates (since version 3.19.44).
- "Alt + LeftClick" in a building's logical diagram:
- on a facility icon opens that facility's patching diagram (since version 3.21.58).
Before version 3.19.1, shortcuts using Ctrl + LeftClick did not work on macOS.
Since version 3.19.1, use Cmd instead of Ctrl for shortcuts with LeftClick on macOS.
