In the scheduler task "11. Transfer of all subscribers with negative balances to the tariff "Debtors" changed logic - now blocks subscribers with balance + credit limit less than zero (previously only balance was checked)

In "Settings - Main - Various" added parameter "Perform PING in subscriber's card only on request", which when opening subscriber's card prohibits automatic PING to subscriber's IP-address.
