The search box is located in the upper panel, which is always available. Search results are displayed both below the search box and on a separate page.

In Settings - Main/Various, you can configure different fields for global search and for top bar search.

It is possible to select the search criteria to check here, if nothing is checked, all items will be used.

By default, the search is performed on any occurrence of the substring, but exact value searches are also supported. If you enter a value ending with an exclamation mark in the search field, the exact search will be performed. Therefore, there is no need to mark the exact search mark (For example: if you enter "17!", an exact search for the value "17" will be performed).

The search is performed by:

  • customers
  • MAC addresses
  • IP addresses of equipment
  • building addresses
  • numbers of tasks in the work schedule
  • task comments

When searching for a MAC address, all ports of the managed equipment on which this MAC address was defined will also be displayed (if this information is stored).


Attention: By default, the search is performed by entering the search phrase into the text (e.g. if you search for "12", you will find "1121"). If you want to find an exact match of the phrase, you need to add an exclamation mark (e.g. "!12") in front of the phrase.


Starting from version 3.18:

Adjusted quick search by customers in the top panel - now first of all searches and displays by more demanded data (username, full name/title)


A global customer search has been added to search for ONU on OLT (including unknown ONU).


Starting from version 3.19:

Global search by customers now also searches by customers' contact persons
