Customers - List

The user list contains information in tabular form about users of the network.
Users with different statuses are displayed with different colours and marks. Directly from the list there is an opportunity to go to view any user. In addition, in the first column the users who are inactive are marked in red and those who are currently online/internet are marked in green. The lists of users in all sections of the system are displayed in this way.

The Settings list of columns in the user list table is configured in Settings - Main - Setting of tables - Users:

Also, in Settings - Main - Various, you can configure the number of records displayed per page.

Various filters are available in the Users/List menu. The UserSide system allows you to combine multiple filters, as well as save your own filter.

Starting from ERP "UserSide" version 3.16, it is now possible to group filtered data (particularly by building) in the user list, which allows you to generate statistics.

Group actions are possible with selected users:

It is possible to print the list of users as well as export to Excel (in this case, in Settings - Main - Users - the permission to export to Excel the list of users must be ticked).


Starting from version 3.18:

It is possible in group actions to change the user's billing (only for manual billing types).

Added filter on absence of tasks on user.

In the device-dependent users filter, we added a display of all users that are included in the "descending" tree (via splitters, links, etc.).

A link has been added to the icon about uncompleted tasks by user to go to that uncompleted task.

When grouping the list of users by building, added the ability to export to Excel and print.

Filtering by date (list of users, tasks, etc.) filter options "N days forward" and "N days back" have been added, as well as the ability to filter with accuracy by hours and minutes.
