Creating the tasks for inactive customers
The Settings_-_Scheduler task allows for users that are inactive for more than a specified number of days to create a certain type of task. When creating a task - it is checked if there is already a task of this type for the specified user. If the task already exists, a new one will not be created.
Starting from version 3.18, in the scheduler tasks for inactive users, the possibility to specify billing of these users has been added
