Sometimes there are situations where an Administrator adds a user to billing and his/her account / IP address is never activated. There may be many reasons for this - connection problems, refusal to sign a contract, various errors and so on. Over time, these facts are forgotten and "dead souls" continue to be listed in the billing system.<br>
This report displays users who were added to ERP "UserSide" more than 30 days ago, but have never had any activity on the network.
There is a [[User Card|special mark]] for such user.
