You can organize paperless document signing with customers, including work orders, contracts, and similar documents. A technician can use a tablet or another mobile device for this.

This function is enabled in the task type settings.

If a customer is assigned to a task and this is the only customer in the task, the task card shows a button for generating the document.

The document preview opens in full-screen mode, and the device can be handed to the customer for review and signing. The document can be zoomed. After the document, there is a form where the customer signs (with a stylus or a finger) and confirms the signing. An email address can be entered to receive a copy of the signed document.

If there are any notes, they can be entered and will be added to the document text.

After the document is signed, the device is returned to the technician.

A comment is automatically added to the task card stating that the customer signed the document, and the PDF document itself is attached.

The customer can decline to sign the document (and can specify the reason in the notes).

A corresponding comment is also created in the task card.
