FAQ. CDATA OLT equipment polling
C-DATA OLT equipment with firmware version V3.x is not supported by USERSIDE. This firmware version is still under active development (as of January 2024) and the telemetry-related changes are being actively modified. In addition, there are no MIB and interoperability instructions for this firmware version yet. In terms of communication (using SNMP), this version is completely incompatible with V2.x versions, which are fully supported by USERSIDE.
Please do not upgrade your devices to V3.x, otherwise you will lose the ability to communicate with them using USERSIDE.
