Child records

In Manual Billing mode, it is possible to create child accounts for the main customer account.

In customer list, it is possible to filter parent/child accounts

Features:

total balance for all accounts
when unlocking the main account the child accounts will be unlocked as well
when a child account balance is topped up - the main account balance is topped up, but the information is also recorded in the financial history of the child accounts
adding a child account
disbanding a child account into a separate account
