HotFix list for version 3.8

HotFixes have two versions:

1. stable - version, which only fixes all the bugs found.
2. test - version, which includes the ‘’stable‘’ version and in which new functionality is implemented or existing functionality is improved.

The "stable" version is periodically imported into the distribution of the base version of ERP "UserSide" and into the update distribution. In this way, identified bugs are eliminated in the base version.
