FAQ. Mass deletion of customers

For mass deletion of customers (e.g. in case of incorrect import from the billing system or other), the following should be done:

1) Settings - Main - Customers - Allow delete customers - Yes

2) Settings - Main - Various - Amount of records on the page - 1000

3) Customers - List - select the required customers by filter - link "Group actions" - Mark everything - select "Delete" in the group actions

In this way, you can delete 1000 customers at a time.

After deletion - specify the old value in the "Amount of records on the page" setting.
