"Lost" customers
Sometimes there are situations where an Administrator adds a customer to billing and his/her account / IP address is never activated. There may be many reasons for this - connection problems, refusal to sign a contract, various errors and so on. Over time, these facts are forgotten and "dead souls" continue to be listed in the billing system.
This report displays customers who were added to ERP "UserSide" more than 30 days ago, but have never had any activity on the network.
There is a special mark for such customer.
