Settings - Documents
In the user card you can create various documents that will store personal files of the user - contracts, applications, questionnaires, etc. For these documents, you can differentiate which ones will be available in the user card and which ones will be "system" documents.

There is a list of predefined variables that will be replaced by user data in the text of the document. It is possible to create custom document structures in this way.

Starting from version 3.17, a variable with task comments has been added to the document settings.

Starting from version 3.18:
A variable with the full name of the communication installation has been added to the task document template.

A page break variable has been added to the document template setting.

The variables "User's billing name" and "Assigned employees (including detailed of all employees of assigned subdivisions)" have been added to the document templates.

A variable with the sequence number of the day in a year has been added to the document settings.
