FAQ. Mass deletion of customers

For mass deletion of users (e.g. in case of incorrect import from the billing system or other), the following should be done:

1) Setting - Main - Users - Allow delete users - Yes

2) Setting - Main - Various - Amount of records on the page - 1000

3) Users - List - select desired subscribers by filter - link "Group actions" - Mark everything - select "Delete" in the group action

In this way, you can delete 1000 users at a time.

After deletion - specify the old value in the "Amount of records on the page" setting.
