Binding of customers to executed tasks

The task usually specifies the user that the task is associated with.

But some task types do not initially provide for a user - for example, the "Connection" task type, when the user record has not yet been created.

Current task scheduler based on the address of the completed task for the work - will check if a user with the specified address has appeared.

If a user is found - this user will be assigned to the task.
