Customers - List

The customer list contains information in tabular form about customers of the network.
Customers with different statuses are displayed with different colours and marks. Directly from the list there is an opportunity to go to view any customer. In addition, in the first column the customers who are inactive are marked in red and those who are currently online/internet are marked in green. The lists of customers in all sections of the system are displayed in this way.

The Settings list of columns in the customer list table is configured in Settings - Main - Setting of tables - Customers:

Also, in Settings - Main - Various, you can configure the number of records displayed per page.

Various filters are available in the Customers/List menu. The UserSide system allows you to combine multiple filters, as well as save your own filter.

Starting from ERP "UserSide" version 3.16, it is now possible to group filtered data (particularly by building) in the customer list, which allows you to generate statistics.

It is possible to print the list of customers as well as export to Excel (in this case, in Settings - Main - Customers - the permission to export to Excel the list of customers must be ticked).

Starting from version 3.18:

It is possible in group actions to change the customer's billing (only for manual billing types).

Added filter on absence of tasks on customer.

In the device-dependent customers filter, we added a display of all customers that are included in the "descending" tree (via splitters, links, etc.).

A link has been added to the icon about uncompleted tasks by customer to go to that uncompleted task.

When grouping the list of customers by building, added the ability to export to Excel and print.

Filtering by date (list of customers, tasks, etc.) filter options "N days forward" and "N days back" have been added, as well as the ability to filter with accuracy by hours and minutes.
