The task usually specifies the customer that the task is associated with.
But some task types do not initially provide for a customer - for example, the "Connection" task type, when the customer record has not yet been created.
Current task scheduler based on the address of the completed task for the work - will check if a customer with the specified address has appeared.
If a customer is found - this customer will be assigned to the task.
