If during operation of usm_asterisk module pop-up messages about calls are not displayed, displayed only periodically or only part of records about calls are displayed in the call list - then to resolve the situation you need to perform actions required for debugging usm_asterisk
The resulting log should be attached to the ticket to technical support, with a description of the situation and, if possible, screenshots.
